The School Liaison Officer functions mainly as the liaison between DoDDS and the military via the principal. Mr. Joseph Jacks serves as the School Liaison Officer for Camp Humphreys. He can be reached at DSN 753-8274.

The school's handbook contains detailed information about school policies including attendance, discipline, dress code, homework, transportation, and many other topics.

USAG Humphreys is growing to accommodate the transfer of staff and personnel from Seoul. Plans are for the addition of at least four schools. Every week there is noticeable growth.

Humphreys American School follows the DODEA curriculum and standards. Additional information can be found in: Parent Curriculum Guides and Materials and Textbooks (excel file).

School Year 2007 - 2008 was the first year of the new CSI process.

Students at Humphreys American School began taking the TerraNova in 2004.

Special Programs

In addition to the regular classroom curriculum, HAS offers Special Education, English as a Second Language, and Gifted Education.
