School Advisory Committee

Humphreys American Elementary School Advisory Committee (SAC) is comprised of four (4) voting members: Two parents and two teachers elected by the parents and teachers.  In addition, the school principal, teachers’ union representative, and the installation commander (or designee) serves as liaison members of the committee.  The purpose of this committee is “provide a two-way communication between community and the school.  Minutes of the committee are shared with the community.  Other links with the community will be established to ensure that all groups with an interest in the education program will have an opportunity for input.  The SAC is responsible for advising the principal on matters affecting the operation of the school.
